Engadget Mobile was passed along a video of the Zii TRINITY concept phone getting some hands on treatment. As you’ll see in the 2:00 minute clip below, the unit is still rather buggy. For instance, swiping left to right brings up the app menu tray. Of course, this is just a reference design in its early stages. If and when an OEM/ODM picks this up, these kinks will be ironed out.
We can’t help but notice how small and slim this thing looks compared to Zii Labs’ EGG. The 3.1″ screen comes off looking very small. As the unit stands, we can’t imagine it turning too many heads. Here’s hoping the price offsets this Plain Jane design.
