Acquired an Env Touch and I used to be seeking to see about firmware upgrades. Running XP and cellphone does not wish to sync with computer. Purchased a memory card and began to tug and drop. Firmware is ver 5. No issues other than the sync problem. Thought of bitpim. Not a difficulty since drag and drop does the job. Pretty sure you may drag and drop you wouldn't use bitpim for.
