According to Android Central, today at the Computex Conference, ASUS unveiled their latest creation, the Padfone. The Padfone offers a very unique design, being a tablet/phone hybrid. The concept is that the phone docks into this tablet and powers it. The tablet is said to not work without the phone (much like the Lapdock and Moto Atrix). Though release dates, system versions, and pricing is still unknown, we can tell from the video below that the phone is looking to run Gingerbread (2.3) and the tablet runs Honeycomb (3.X). The two videos below are the unveiling and a commercial-type video.
